Shipping Policy
Delivery Destinations We deliver to Portugal, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden.
Shipping Rates We offer free delivery on all orders.

- Portugal: CTT
- Spain: Correos
- All other destinations: TNT and FedEx
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lisbon, Portugal.
Processing & Delivery Times Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your shipping confirmation email is sent, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, for a total delivery time of 3–6 business days.
Please note that delays may occur due to payment authorisation, product availability, customs, or high order volumes during sale periods.
Tracking After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Duties, Customs & Taxes All duties, customs, and taxes are included in the price. No additional charges will be applied at delivery.
Returns & Exchanges You must register your return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date via our Returns & Exchange Portal.
Canvas no.1 offers free exchanges on the first exchange. The shipping cost of any subsequent exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging (including dust/tote bag). Once we receive your order back at our warehouse, your return or exchange will be processed within 1 working day.
