Our national carrier to Portugal is CTT, and to Spain - Correos.

Our carriers for other countries are TNT and FedEx.

Order processing time: 1-2 business days. Orders are generally delivered between 2-4 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent. Total delivery time: 3-6 business days. Kindly note that delays may be caused by delays in payment authorizations, product availability or customs delays. During the sales period the large amount of orders may also result in longer delivery times.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lisbon, Portugal. After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging (including dust/tote bag).
